Yeah I loved the first few series of 24, but it kind of fell off after that. I really, really want to buy 'The Killing' but it's really expensive at the moment and I'm a bit cash strapped... is the Danish version over now? Or are they releasing any more?

    Well,
I would recommend you "White Collar"
It's about crime too, a smart crime

    It's now season 3

Watch it and you'll love it

Bought 'The Killing' box set. Now must not buy anything else for a month so that I can afford my rent!

What about 'Six Feet Under'? It's full of great characters and some of them are gay.

Yeah I've always wondered about that one, it's got the guy from Dexter in it doesn't it?

ALPHAS on Syfy! I love that show. It's like X-men, only more realistic - if that makes any remote sense.

Series 2 is due to be shown on BBC Four this autumn, I think it was broadcast in Denmark a couple of years ago. Apparently Forbrydelsen III is currently being filmed too.

Play.com have Series 2 available to pre-order - for release on December 5 2012  £38.99 is rather steep isn't it? Interestingly Series 1 and 2 box set is available to pre-order for December 5 2012 for the eye watering £54.99.

Annoyingly the US version of series 1 is currently at £17.99 (Play seam to jump from £17.99 to stupid prices as anything less than £18.00 doesn't get VAT added when it's imported from the Channel Islands).

    That's right. I haven't watched Dexter, though. I've just googled it. :icon_redf

I know I caved and bought the first series (although when I bought it I thought it was the whole thing cause it was so expensive!), and I just noticed after I bought it that the series was being shown again on Iplayer... rage. Oh well at least I can watch it when I want! I heard the US version wasn't as good as the Danish one?

Ah you should watch Dexter if you get a chance, it's ace! But I have to warn you, it's also pretty addictive :icon_wink

Miranda from the BBC is "what I call" hilarious. Literally one of the funniest series I've seen of late.

And whoever does wardrobe selection for Matt Bomer's character on that show should win an Emmy Award - criminally  good looking.

The Sopranos. I havent heard anyone say they dont love it. It is recognised as the best tv series ever and i believe that too.

Nurse Jackie is a great comedy drama too while Big Bang Theory and Modern Family are the 2 best sitcoms on tv atm (and theyre the 1st real good sitcoms ive watched since friends and frasier finished)
