    Emotional eating, wine, and a good friend, seems to be the panacea to my depressive feelings this weekend. But, I think I am being silly, childish, and will need to snap out of it right now. I hereby declare I am cured for all time.

    Okay, granted, eating about 600 calories a day does make you feel this way, particularly when combined with an hour of weight training, but still, I wish my stomach would shut up.

    Currently laughing at myself. Promised that I would hold off on the over time and not go in early and not work on my weekends, but here I am, going in 3 hours early for my scheduled shift, and am currently scheduled to work Thursday and Friday, my days off. But, on the other hand, the close to 10 pounds I lost while working 20 days straight did feel nice.
    And I had an awesome convo with a coworker last night (part of the reason I couldnt sleep) that made me feel loads better.

    I just found out a guy I like and have been admiring but been too scared to talk to went on a date the other night. I'm kind of gutted but part of me is thinking its probably for the best, we are very different people.
