Actors/Characters you didn't realize were Gay

My mind was blown when I learnt that Matthew Bomer was gay! :O

Of course Ian McKellen (Gandalf :love:, Magneto :love is gay, but then if you didn't know that you're probably not gay either! (jk, he's quite the gay rights activist)

 

Wait, is that the daughter? With the curly hair?

 

*Googles* HOLY CRAP. She's Leslie from the Big Bang Theory, too! I wondered about her! She kept pinging my gaydar. I kept feeling like her character was gay despite sleeping with Sheldon, and I guess that was why. =P

Haha, on the subject of characters versus their actors, I keep wanting Portia de Rossi's character on Better Off Ted to turn out to be queer. I know it's just because I know the actress is gay, but it would be so amazing. HOOK UP WITH LINDA, VERONICA. DO EEEET.

 

I never knew that. That...has just absolutely made my day.

Oh my gaga, when I found out about this I was sooooo happy. He is imo the most attractive man on the planet and I'd been going crazy about him and then I found out he was gay I nearly died of excitement. I will find him one day and do dirty things to him.

 

Leslie slept with Leonard and then later Howard, not Sheldon. hmn... someone else from the media that was a shock at them being "gay"... nobody new actually... but if Mika did admit to it, I'd be in wonder why he kept it secret so long.

 

Not an actor, but I really had no idea Rob Halford (from Judas Priest) was gay until I read that somewhere... I guess I'm missing a lot.

 

I was totally shocked to find out Kelly McGillis from the movie Top Gun is gay.
Also I saw Meredith Baxter in a movie a while back and I kept waiting for her and the other character played by Lesley Ann Warren to hook up. They never did, but maybe I do have some gaydar after all, it was just pinging her instead of her character.

 

Oh my gosh... Lesley Ann Warren! She could TOTALLY be a lesbian! She's so awesome on In Plain Sight.

I think the one that recently surprised me in the last year was Wanda Sykes. She's so hilarious and fun to watch/listen to.

 

He hasn't officially stated he's gay or not.
He, like his friend Zach Quinto (Be still, my aching heart...), are "straight" guys who really really really really love the gay community.
