Feeling very confused, anxious, out of sorts today. I have no concentration and can't think straight (pun intended at least partially). Just need some support.

Thanks both of you. It has been two days of basically self-torture by overthinking and over analyzing my life. So vicious circular thinking. My train of thought has been a runaway train.
One thing that helps me, when overthinking and being anxious is that I go for a walk or open a window. I take deep breaths and that helps to make mind clearer too. Also just talking or writing things down helps as well. We are here for you.

I know how frustrating and exhausting it can be, getting stuck in those vicious cycles of over-analyzing and agonizing over things. Well, that'd be an idea, but with over a foot of snow on the ground and it being only 16F at the moment, I'll have to come up with an alternative.
That's true. Then just opening a window or a door to outside helps. You don't need to keep it open for long, just make sure you don't catch a cold. Helps to clear the air inside too.
