Lady Gaga is described as a gay icon in contemporary culture. However, I haven't met a gay person who actually likes her. As a bisexual woman, I kinda like her. I like her in her early days (2008-2011), but not so much her later eras. As much as I love gay icons, I find her incredibly goofy and pretentious. I don't know if she really cares so much about gay people the way she claims she does.
I like some of her musics and i think it is nice of her to be supportive of the LGBT community. My only problem is that i think some fans exaggerate on some things (like being obsessed about what she is doing 24/7 or buying things like). No problem in reading/watching something about the life of the artist you like, but i think pop industry encourages that in an unhealthy way sometimes. And it isn't different with Gaga.
Not really! I'm more of a Pink Floyd, Clapton and Zepellin fan. Pop makes me feel a bit off sometimes But I think it's cools she is an important symbol
Not a fan. I'm sure she has talent but her music just doesn't do anything for me. Not really on my radar I'm afraid
not as much. she's definitely been one of the most outspoken one in the modern culture. i've always had a "MEHHHH" attitude towards here lol
Some of her music is okay, nothing that I find incredible, though. I can't stand watching live performances of her because it's all about the production and show rather than the voice and the music. Overall she's very over-the-top.
I definitely know gay guys who like gaga. I am meh about her. It's just music from when I was like 11 and so it's nice to go back to very rarely. Definitely not bad. Not grabbing me though.
I'm personally not a fan of her music but i do get why people like her and her music but it's just not my type.
Bad romance/ rad bromance was awesome in 2008 or whatever but I'm not into gaga at all, just not my music preference.
Some of her music is good. Born this way actually gives me inspiration when I'm feeling down. Her personality...not so much
