definatly diablo II -- old i know and the graphics are... well... to be desired... but it's just so fun!!
I've been addicted to a game called Runescape for about 3 years, but I've hard as far as RPG's go, it's a pretty lame game. I just can't afford the bigfancyones like WoW or Diablo >.>
Hard question... It's a tie between StarCraft, World of Warcraft, D2, and Half-Life 2... I know... I'm a Blizzard fanboy... Legend of Zelda... Metroid Prime/sequels... can't decide... inner fanboys fighting with each other... I'll go with pong.
for me there has been so many video games that i will always remember especially kingdom hearts and final fantasy but THE BEST video game of all would be super smash bros meelee
For me, it's Mario Brothers 3, no contest. Although, I've always had a soft spot for The Legend of Dragoon. I've always been upset that they never made any sequels.
Its funny to me that you would put Kingdom Hearts 2 above the first one, cos i thought the second lacked in story and the cut scenes were a bit boring to me...that said the graphics were quite sepctacular and the battle system and camera were definately imporved, but personally i prefered the first one... Also i love the Ratchet and Clank Series...apart from the last one since Clank disappeaared from the game pretty much....wat was the point of that?...but i really enjoyed them and they were one of the first games that i completed...yeah im pretty bad at computer games hehe
Oh god, there were so many good ones...damn.... I'd say...it's hard to compare games that are excellent for different reasons, so I'm gonna say a few: Half-Life 2 Counterstrike (any version) System Shock 2 (scarriest game ever) And finally, Guild Wars ^^ *goes to play it*

I really like: God of War I, and I'm procrastinating trading it in to buy the second. FFXII, kind of got me into gaming? I know, so late though DDR Revolution 2. I don't know if this counts, but I still love it (and any other DDRs) I kind of want to say Kingdom Hearts II, but every time I pick it up it becomes more banal and insipid. A button masher, even (yes, on the hardest mode or whatever). I really like all the mechanics, animations, and the story line for the game, though. but these are about the only games I have (well, more DDRs), so as you can see I'm not much of a gamer myself.
Diablo is real cheap now, if you're interested... it's also really old. No subscriptions or anything. And doesn't anyone here like RTS's?
I love RTS Games. I own, C&C Red Alert 2, Yuri's Revenge, C&C Generals, Star Wars Empire at War, Act of War: High Treason, Age of Empires 2 and 3, Warcraft III, and Starcraft. As far as my favorite games, the Old Star Wars Galaxies (before it was massively changed by SOE) was my all time favorite. I also really like Planetside, even though the population on the game is steadily declining, but as a Massively Multiplayer First Person shooter, its one of a kind. I miss the 400 person firefights of old .
