You have too much faith in the Democratic party. They claim to be for the little guy, but in actuality they are run completely by the 1%. There is no way they are giving the nomination to someone like Sanders.

    Be infuriated then.

I'm not taking part in a less of two evils election. It's pointless. Trump is terrible, Clinton is also terrible. There isn't a 'win' for anyone in that set up, it's the worst possible scenario for the country.

Do we let Clinton coast towards the cliff and hope she doesn't go completely over, or do we let Trump floor it and fly off the cliff in style?

It's a waste of time and energy.

A very 'damned if you do, damned if you don't' election. So I'm saying why bother?

Guess we can agree to disagree - I don't see why people think Clinton is worse than Trump, but I guess I'm just using my own personal thoughts and I must be missing something that's been said since I'm not that political.

She's not worse, she's just bad in a different way.

Trump is a moron who's dangerously stupid and unpredictable. Clinton is underhanded, manipulative, and in the pocket of wall street.

Under Clinton we'll get more fracking, more war, and no regulations on the banks and forget overturning citizen's united she's the biggest benefactor of it.

    This this this this^^^^

Trump is a fucking idiot but he has good intentions. Hilary is not an idiot, but she's a self-serving manipulative hell-spawn. Hilary is a genuinely terrible person, Trump is just out of his mind.

I would probably argue against Trump having good intentions. He's been a two-bit con-man his whole life and this is just more of that. He wants the power and he'll probably try and lower his own taxes and make things better for his own business.

Maybe. Idk, he seems pretty genuinely insane to me, but at the same time he was never like this before he started running so maybe.

Ok, you Americans (and the rest of us too) can now officially worry:

Two front-runners with historically low unfavorability ratings, 55% of people don't like Clinton and 69% don't like Trump, yet, here you have it: he is starting to lead her in national polls. It gets worse if you look at the electoral college votes in purple states..

What a summer and fall this will be...
