I'd prefer to called cute, which is funny cos I'm not really a "cute" type of person.

I love being called cute. If I'm called sexy by some I might like it for a moment but cute is my favorite! Cuuuuute ^_^

I'm not someone who should be referred to as cute.
And definitely not someone who should be referred to as sexy.
(never been called either, so no problem there  )

    good freaking point!

being called sexy/hot by anyone for me (friends and my partner) is super validating, because sometimes i can't see those attributes in myself without a little push.

i'll get dressed up to go out and just repeat to myself "you're hot, just be hot" and it'll be this amazing infusion of confidence. also, i'll describe some days where i need more confidence in my physical appearance "hot days," and i'll proclaim it to anyone who wants to listen!

I prefer to be called cute, I'm quite short and have a young looking face so I don't think sexy suits me.

I prefer to be called cute! I'm really short and I like to dress in cute clothes.

I would actually feel uncomfortable if someone called me sexy (unless it's my girlfriend who says it, of course).

Don't think I can pull off sexy, so cute is good enough for me.

Sexy. Which is usually what guys say. I'm not the "cute" type.

I'd rather be called sexy, by anyone really whether I was in to them or not. Being told I'm cute is nice and all, but it does nothing to make me feel attractive. I've heard that I'm cute from straight female friends far too often for me to attach any significance to it.

Definitely cute or adorable, I have never been called sexy or hot (honestly I don't blame them) but I wouldn't like to be called sexy anyway, cos if their serious, I can't flirt, but if I'm called cute, I could pull it off my giggling a little, so yeah

I've been called both (by the same person), and for some reason I prefer 'cute'. It does the same thing for me as 'sexy', only better.

It depends on who is saying it. If I like them sexy is probably better, if not cute is fine/maybe better.

I would greatly prefer cute in about every situation. That being said, usually people are a lot more sincere to call people sexy, so I'd take it as a huge compliment too.

I'd rather be called cute because I'm homoromantic asexual

Never been called sexy only been called cute but I think cute means personality and looks so is actually a better compliment than sexy which only refers to body and sex appeal. No I know I don't have sex appeal, I'm too short and skinny to have any sex appeal to anyone whatsoever.

Definitely cute!! Sexy would just make me feel really uncomfortable, especially seeing as I'm not curvy or anything.
