    Not everyone that is in the closet is ashamed. In fact I would not down it to shame but rather the context and actually reasonable factors

    I'm not much for PDA so I wouldn't mind if they weren't out at school. However, Them not being out to their parents or me having to hide the relationship from my parents would be a problem for me.

    I'd be okay with it as long as they weren't paranoid, or acting homophobic to hide their sexuality/gender.
