I'm getting on T soon, which will help a lot. Top surgery options are pretty good, and that'll help as well once I'm finally able to. I have bad bottom dysphoria though, and there's absolutely nothing that you can do to get a passable looking penis. At this point it just feels like I will never, ever not be dysphoric? And it's awful. I feel like I'll never in my life be fully comfortable in my own body.
