My boss is so strange with me when alone she extermly nice when around ppl she act tough. I had an issue with an empolyee he was disrespectful with me and i didnt fight back i went to my supervisor and told her because i didnt want him to lie behind my back to her he was telling everyone im not good enough. My supervisor got upset and told my boss to talk to him. She apologized. She called me to her office and said she will send me to another department to get more experience and i never have to get back to this place. I didnt know that my supervisor told her. Why she didnt tell me the real reason.
