    I'm not sure if I posted here or not yet. I was an admin on a very, very small LGBTQ forum (we had less than 20 users). With the site pretty much dead (and we had a creepy guy on there who was almost stalking the main admin and being busy moderating other sites personally), one of the users told me about this site and invited me over.
