When Do I Become a Full Member?

Expect at least a month before a response. I think mine was around a month, give or take a week.

And yes, full members can use the chat system and private message people. I may have used the PM once and the chat never... :dry:

 

Lol, we get so many of these. There needs to be a massive banner on the full member app that no one could ever miss explaining that it takes a while.

 

I use the pm and picture comments all the time. Never once used the chat.

 

I hardly ever use the PM feature - only to make parts of a wall message conversation more private. Barely use chat either and don't forget that full members can comment on pictures and blogs, though I barely use that feature anyway xD

I'd totally forgotten about my application to be a full member. I want to say it was 3-4 weeks ago already. I joined on April 6 or 7 I believe and applied either at the tail end of April or beginning of May. Guess it'll happen when it happens! I mostly just want to be able to PM people as several other users have wished they could speak to me or to ask me for advice privately and I was unable to oblige

 

Became a full member today! Thanks guys, I will only use my powers for good
