I think my top three are lettuce, carrots, and avocados. When I eat lettuce my lip starts to itch. However, the carrots and avocados are a little weirder. If I eat a carrot or avocado, my mouth starts itching- however, I can eat carrots if they're cooked or if they're covered in something (like lemon juice), and I can eat guacamole, but not a plain avocado.
So what are your weirdest allergies?

I will get hives near chocolate. I also could die from anaphylactic shock if I'm near oranges

How can you eat guacamole but not plain avocado? People allergic to strawberries can't eat strawberry cheesecake. But I digress...

I have no allergies other than occasionally reacting to pollen if enough air blasts in my face (such as while mountain biking on a spring morning).

I'm only allergic to one thing... and that's pickled beets which I'm fine with because I hate them anyway. Haha. If I eat them my airway closes off, and I can't breathe.

I have shellfish allergy! Like if I eat something like shrimps my lips get swollen and my mouth starts itching so badly...
I'm so scared of allergies I don't even try new food just because I'm scared I will be allergic to it!

Not an allergy as such but I'm always sick if I have cherryade... That doesn't extend to say cherry flavoured alcoholic drinks, as I have cherry sourz, I don't know why it's just cherryade.

I'm only allergic to pistachio nuts...not sure if that's classified as 'weird.'

I'm mildly allergic to strawberries, pineapple, citrus rind (though if it's cooked or processed, nothing appears to happen). They trigger inflammation and ulcers.

I'm also a coeliac, which is not an allergy in medical terms but is one in dietary terms.

Some ingredient in sunblock. I never wear any, but decided to start one day and covered my face and arms. After a little while I started to feel itchy, but it wasn't too bad so I ignored it and kept applying sunblock throughout the day. Later in the night I wanted to tear my arm off because the itch became unbearable. I eventually fell asleep and woke up with a swollen face and red bumpy arms.

Cats, ferrets, some kind of plant that attracts beetles, something outside probably pollen, and an allergy to gluten is in my genes and could affect me later in life.

Not really weird allergies, but I'm allergic to dust and pollen. My chest becomes tight in dusty situations, and pollen causes sinusitis. I take an antihistamine daily, so both are mostly under control. My nose also becomes really itchy and runny when I'm exposed to pet hair, be it dogs, cats or horses. But that doesn't bother me because my love for animals far outweigh the negative effects I get from interacting with them.

When I was young, I was allergic to red food colouring, like red colddrinks (soda or concentrate) and red sweets. My eyes became puffy and red. I thankfully outgrew that allergy.

Also, I'm allergic to stupid people. Whenever a stupid person stands in front of me, they trigger an eyeroll movement and when they're extra stupid, they trigger a twitch in my arm, causing my arm to jerk up, forwards and sideways in a smooth movement, usually resulting in me "accidentally" slapping them in the face

I'm literally allergic to touch. As in physical contact. Always have been, always will be.

It's seriously the worst. Everything makes my skin welt up except for the gentlest touches. And whenever it happens, people around me think I'm having a much more serious reaction than I am, which is annoying.

It's called dermatographia. Technically it's a histamine disorder, but the reactions I get to any light abrasion are allergic in nature, so I call it my "touch allergy".

Penicillin ever since I was a baby, but since I've never been retested as an adult, I may not be allergic to it anymore. I apparently used to get a rash on my back from it.

There's a possibility that I'm also allergic to garlic; my nose gets really itchy even if there's a little bit of garlic in something. I think I'm a vampire.

I'm also allergic to mold and dustmites.

I have no idea, and only one of my doctors has come up with a suggestion. He said that I might be allergic to the pollen in those foods, but when they're cooked or mixed with something else it covers up the pollen (or something). Because for the most part, my mouth only itches directly where those foods have touched it.
I'm also slightly allergic to some types of pine tree, if I get poked by the needles it starts to itch in that place.
