    actually, mine is about sex. i'm 51 years old and have only had 1 one night stand in all this time. i was drunk and it was fun in the moment, but the next day the woman i had slept with was trying her best to have another night with me. i was badly hung over and was feeling terrible about the whole thing since i knew going in i wasn't seeking a relationship with her at all. all my life i've only ever had sex with people i've had genuine feelings for, so this whole thing convinced me even more that i shouldn't do this kind of thing again.

    Probably pot. My grad school roommate smoked like a stack, and when she found out I never had, she told me I should try it. So I did exactly once. I guess it was worth sating my curiosity on the subject, but I really didn't get anything out of the experience and don't imagine I'll ever feel compelled to repeat it.
