    I was at MegaCon all weekend, I went as Danny Phantom and Ellis from L4D 2.
    I had a blast, saw so many cool costumes, and cute guys.
    Best Weekend EVER!!!!!!!!!

    Two out of four of my midterm grades were posted. One A and one B so far! I am doing better this year (my third year of college) than I ever have since the start of high school.

    Friend 1: That's so gay.
    Friend 2: You shouldn't say that. It's really hurtful and people could take offense to it. What if people said "That's so [Friend 1's name]?" You probably wouldn't like it.

    She doesn't even know I'm gay, so I know she didn't say it out of obligation to me. I felt so good afterwards. (!)

    When I went to school in tears for very personal reasons and two of my best friends took me to a corner across the school and talked to me about how much I meant to them :slight_smile: made my day :grin:

    I went to dinner with a couple of my best friends, just as some "grownup" time away from the drama that seems to plague the music department at the college I attend. We talked about a lot of things, many of which shall never be spoken of to anyone who wasn't there, and it made me realize that I've found friends I can trust with anything and who love me no matter what. People I can count on for a lifetime. And that little epiphany suddenly made all the stuff I've gone through up until now seem completely and totally worth it. :slight_smile:

    So, this guy come up to ship this fedex box, when I tell him there is a $3.00 fee he gets pissy and asks if there is a drop box somewhere. (note: its pouring outside) I tell him in the convention center next door. So he says: "So, why don't I just go there?"
    me: "Well, for $3 you don't have to walk in the rain."
    So, after a nasty look he walks off. I probably should have mentioned that that location closes at 5:00 pm (its now 5:14)

    I normally don't watch Oprah but my mom really likes Oprah. She asked me if I wanted to watch because it was about gay people coming out. I told her yes and watched a lot of it with her.

    Small gestures like that are actually big ones.
