Kimi no Kioku wo Boku ni Kudasai (aka. Pygmalion’s Love)

The movie was good, although the subtitles sucked. Fortunately, I know enough Korean and Japanese to pick up the slack. That said, I really liked the storyline, but I think they could have added another hour to the movie to round things out more smoothly, and it would have made the movie even better.

Power Rangers, the 2017 adaption movie.

I watched it with my family a couple days ago, and it definitely did not disappoint. Without getting too in-depth (due to lack of will at this current moment), I loved pretty much everything about it; I don't think there was anything I could point out about it that I disliked.

The last one I saw in theaters was Rouge One, but the last movie I watched was Hot Rod. That movie is perfect for whenever I just need a good laugh.

    The Recall

It was an alien abduction movie. Kind of weird and corny, sort of a "B" flick quality to it, but... oddly, I found it thought provoking. Especially the ending.

Guardians of the Galaxy Volume Two.
It was really good, and it's the first MCU movie to pass the bechdel test (which is nice, although it took them long enough).

Yesterday I watched the Netflix Death Note movie (I found it to be a mediocre movie on it's own and a horrible adaptation but I pretty much expected that) and then watched Death Note Light Up the New World (sequel to the Japanese live action Death Note movies) which I found to be a pretty good movie with a really good plot twist.

Just found out mamma Mia came out 10 years ago. I can remember seeing it in the cinema. I feel so old.

Recently saw Dunkirk, Guardians of the Galaxy, Wonder Woman, Spiderman: Homecoming, War for the Planet of the Apes, Baby Driver, and Valarian and the City of a Thousand Planets.

I loved all of them except Valarian which I found to be pretty dull in spite of a promising sci-fi premise.

( Hoping I won't get sued for posting more than one!).

I just watched an old Hollywood picture, Spellbound, starring Ingrid Bergman and Gregory Peck. It was actually pretty good, I've always loved those psychological flicks. And oh my God, Gregory Peck was so gorgeous in the his days...

    Защитники (Guardians)

Its a Russian superhero movie that came out in February. Although the subtitles/translations sucked and the ratings online weren't great, I felt that the movie itself wasn't half bad.
