Yes, Pride was cancelled here last year and this year they are thinking of moving the date into Fall but it might also have to be cancelled. I like table top role playing games. I play DnD still but over the internet. I also run a Star Trek game but have not done so in over a year. There are others, basically anything that someone wants to run at a meet. I also like cooperative type board games. I dislike hypercompetitive ones though like Risk, Diplomacy or Monopoly.
I want to dance, see my friends and eventually, travel. I've hardly been out of South East London for 14 months.
Travel domestically and internationally. I'm not a drinker, partier or clubber, but I wanna go wild at the club LOL. After a year (years by the time they are safe?) of being closed, the clubs are gonna be packed. Going to sound snobby AND old, but I'm hoping there will be a 25+ night.
Yours are closed? All of the ones here have been open and packed this entire time. They closed for like 3 days, rebranded as "restaurants" for legal reasons, and then opened back up the same as always with the same crowds. Heck, there was literally a Kodak Black concert at one of them last weekend within sight of my apartment. No masks ever at any of them (or most other places in this city honestly). Gotta say though, I was vibing bigtime sitting on my porch hearing Kodak for free across the street for like 4 hours.
Restaurants are currently closed here, except for take away, so I’m looking forward to eating out again. They open a little more from Monday, but customers have to sit outside, so very weather dependant!
Nothing's going to change. I'm still going to be locked up in my home, just like I already was before COVID started.
January last year I planned to donate my hair, but now I just want it gone I’ve never had this long and never will again. I planned on getting braces again. I thought about Invisalign but my teeth are crooked because I didn’t use my retainer so I want something I can’t remove. I wanted to go on holiday to either somewhere hot or Disneyland Paris. I don’t care about the rest of Paris just Disneyland. I planned to get a membership to a pool so I can swim to help lose weight. Then COVID happened and I couldn’t do any of it.
Traveling to other countries. It's pretty safe where I am but I just miss being able to visit my friends. I also miss seeing tourists all around my city.
