When I was a kid I was very indifferent to clowns. I didn't find them scary or entertaining. I just found them boring and patronizing. Right now I find them amusing. Mostly because I like watching people's reactions to them. I recently dressed up as a clown for Halloween. I ended up scaring some people.

Not scary, but definitely suspect. I don't like clowns because they conceal their identity, even if that's basically part of their job.

If I'm in the room with a clown, I'll always know where he's at until either he leaves or I leave.

Never been too fond of them. Not particularly "scared" but just... uncomfortable around them I suppose.

I'm uncomfortable around clowns for sure.

I think I'm the only who voted "Scary" on the poll. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I definitely know what I have to do when I'm prepared to face my fears. Go to DougTheBicycle's Profile. No offense intended.

Eh... just eh. I don't find that kind of humour all that funny usually, and I don't think I ever have. I don't find them scary, but I don't find them particularly funny either. I feel sorry for the ones who just want to make people laugh because of the amount of people they accidentally scare. No love for clowns.

It depends. They're usually funny, but scary when they run for President of the U.S.

I've never seen a clown before - but they look pretty pointless to me.

They're colorful, talented, and amusing. I think that's when my first interest in "drag" started. There are a lot of similarities.

It's been a while since I've been to the circus, actually. No idea how anyone can be terrified of them!

clowns scare me. Everything about them is scary and for the longest time, that horror clown (I forgot what he was called..) haunted my dreams for quite awhile.

Traditional clowns are pretty creepy, but I think Cirque Du Soliel do a good job with theirs - they're more like comedic characters with a certain talent (which they'll usually play to amusing effect).

I liked them as a kid, and a part of me still does, but I'm just kind of indifferent right now. I can take them or leave them.

I thought they were weird and creepy. My older sibling having a clown Halloween costume when I was little might have something to do with it...
