    So fed up with all the negative news. I thought I was a jaded bastard, but all this shit is starting to really fuck with my head. I've got enough in my own life to be angry about without hearing about how much the world sucks this year. But it's either I get to know what's going on with the world and spend all day angry, or bury my head in the sand as the impending apocalypse roars towards fruition while I'm not watching.

    How much more screwed up can the education system in the UK get? I mean, for a start what's the point of having multiple exam boards who keep competing with each other and expect different things from the same student? Also, why have modular and linear courses, can't they just decide on one? :bang:

    Very scared that our "President" (not mine) is going to take away or make it impossible to pay for health care, and all the sick, elderly, disabled, poor and veterans will just die. I think that's what he wants. My husband and I are in huge debt to doctors and hospitals, and more will come because he just had hip surgery. We are not making it now, and it's somehow going to get worse??? So many people will suffer. I hope he gets impeached soon or just leaves because he finds it "too hard".:tantrum:

    Sometimes I think that for me, school ruined the enjoyment I had in certain subjects that I might've otherwise enjoyed- when I think about the basic foundation of certain subjects I realise that I should enjoy them in principal but I never did at school due to horrible teachers and annoying students messing up my work.

    I'm hoping that I can learn to like these things again. :slight_smile:
