[knock on wood] Things are going pretty good. Think I'm going to romanticize this era of my life looking back.

Made it home safely from work. The roads were terrible. There was a mix of a large amount of snow with freezing rain on top of it all. Cars were spun out everywhere.

I'm glad you made it home safely! I just looked outside and...Jesus. I wish I could see what the main road looks like because our neighborhood hasn't been plowed since yesterday afternoon.

I just registered for my graduation...and the fact that I am done is mind blowing and I don’t think I’m ready yet? I’m not ready to live the rest of my life. I kind of feel robbed of my last year of college and it stings a bit honestly. But also, I AM DONE AND I DID THAT?! :astonished:

What’s the point of a vacuum if it won’t suck up spiders or dirt. It’s a Dyson but it won’t pull a spider off the ceiling. It also seems to have a problem with dirt on the floor. I’d be willing to pay a fortune for guaranteed spider removal.

Thanks! Yeah, it was not a fun time. I live on a main road and even it was a mess. We are getting hit with another round here on Thursday too.

Same. I shoveled ~12 inches off the sidewalk and felt like I was going to pass out. I still have the entire driveway to go, including a snow drift in front of the garage door that's higher than my knees.

I forgot it was Ash Wednesday and put ham in my roll. I haven’t attended church in years but my mother gets serious about the no meat on Ash Wednesday rule. I’m still on the fence about whether Jesus was real or not ( more towards not real) but I don’t think he cares what we eat for dinner when we don’t even have Easter on the same date each year.

This is my last week working overnights. I'll be back to second shift next week. After about a year of working nights, I'm ready to go back to second shift.

I have a weird craving to chop off some of my hair. Not as an actual hair cut but just lop of pieces. I don’t think trying it before salons open is smart and I won’t be able to donate it if I do. But I’ve kind of given up on the whole donation idea despite years of growing my hair long enough to donate but still have medium length hair.

I got a lot done today at work. I needed a good day where I could get some stuff done.

Is it weird that my dog shows her appreciation of new toys by trying to destroy them.

No, she’s small enough that it takes a while to rip them apart. She loves grabbing stuffed animals and shaking them violently to make sure they’re dead. Balls and bubbles are her favorite toys.

Would one of the many spiders inhabiting my home do me a favour and catch the daddy long legs flying around the kitchen. Given the fact it always seems to be heading towards me I’m guessing my mother is wrong and It’s not more scared of us than we are of it. I don’t see it scream then run away from me.
