I go through this all the time. My hair is a weird color where depending on the light, it can look sort of red, a very light brown, or a dark/dirty blonde. It's to the point where i don't really know what my actual hair color is because of this.

I usually go with light brown or like a blonde/brown combo since that what it tends to look like most of the time but since it was bright red as a baby, I'm still not 100%sure

My aunt on my dad's side who usually hosts Christmas is working this year.

Hoping I don't have to spend it with my mum's side instead. Would it be reasonable to bail if that's the case?

With the pandemic still going on, I miss casual trips to the mall without worry of being near someone and being able to go out without a mask.

I especially miss wandering through Barnes and Noble and picking out new books.

I woke up one night, just feeling wrong in my bones, I hesitate to use the word, but I guess I was feeling dysphoric. I got up to browse some women's clothes online, and saw this absolutely gorgeous black dress. I bought it and now I'm on pins and needles, like a kid on Christmas, waiting for it to arrive. I really don't know what to think anymore. I feel guilty for having these feelings.

A month ago I came up with a female name for myself. I feel like I've fallen in love with that name. It keeps haunting my consciousness.
I can't stop thinking about calling myself that, or having other people refer to me as her.

Next month, when I see my therapist, I'm gonna ask her to use that name instead.

Just been to the seaside for the first time in months. Might upload a picture later.

Freezing cold but the Scottish beaches are very pretty and I love the cold fresh sea air. Well worth the train journey.

Do they offer curbside pickup? That might be a good way to avoid having to go in and being close to somebody.

I went to my local bookstore today, and I decided to wear a mask while browsing. While they haven't made it mandatory to wear a mask, I find that when book lovers get into browsing and absorbed in the books catching up with what they have missed for a few months, social distancing becomes a memory.

Ooooh I never thought of curbside pickup. I'll have to see if they do that.

My dress arrived, it doesn't quite fit me, but I don't care! I LOVE IT.
I don't think I've ever been happier my entire life.
I've been all smiles, all day long.
No piece of clothing has ever elicited any sort of emotion from me before, this is quite something.
It's so strange, how fulfilled a little bit of fabric can make you feel.

If I meet one more person who named their dog Luna I’m going to scream. I get it, you wanted to be different, but now everyone names their pet Luna.

ScotRail sucks! Why the hell would the last train home be before 10pm and have less carriages than normal??

I hope that they're happy that I had to shell out £32 for a taxi home...

Did my parents really need 3 kids? I would have been fine without 2 younger siblings who can make me feel like committing murder despite the fact we are all adults.

Wondering if I should buy a new game or a figurine for my birthday. Both costs around the same. I have limited resources, so I must choose one of the two :cold_sweat:

I mean same could be said for any artist really. I for one don't get the Billie Eilish hype. Or the BTS/Kpop hype. But that's just me.

I’m still waging war with the spiders on my ceiling. Used a duster to take down the huge web on my light shade which literally had 20 spiders on it ( it sounds like a lot but they are tiny)and then tossed the duster out the bedroom door. I then took the dyson to the ones on the ceiling itself. I have no idea where they are coming from and how is it there is so many of them. I’m worried that they are babies and mama spider is somewhere laying tons of the little bastards. It used to be one a month now it’s 30 tiny ones a night. I’m not worried about swallowing them I’m worried they’ll crawl in my ear.

Poor wording - I guess I don't understand the longevity of the hype. People like Billie have only been around for a couple years (vs almost 2 decades), and people like Rihanna or Beyonce seem too stick around and stay relevant without seeming to flood social media. Maybe I'm just a hater or in my own weird bubble I don't know lol.

Might get to cross something off my bucket list in a couple weeks, even with the pandemic heheheh

Someday I won't have folklore on repeat.

    Today is not that day.
