Have we talked before? I feel like we have unless it’s my imagination
Dreading the snow despite how much I actually love it. Just hate the long drive to & from work in it.
I graduated college in April and am about to start a new job at a psych ward next month.
Slept 2 - 3 hours, got up & ready for work. Noticed snow and ice everywhere, dreading the drive, and 2 minutes from home boom mudslide the road is blocked. 1 point for me starting the day, nature is on my side. Think I'll have a nap until the road crew arrives.
You know what sucks about the city? You can’t see the stars. It’s just an orange haze...
Congrats on the new job but please please please be careful.
Aye. I hate living in the city. Where we stay at we're 30 minutes away from civilization on a good day and I absolutely love it.
People in my department keep going on holidays back-to-back weeks. I swear if somebody else goes on holidays next week.....None of them are even hunters, so why book late fall off?
Rate: Finally getting to move to a properly big city.
Hate: Having a return trip of ~500 kilometres each time I need to move things that don't fit in the car.
I'm so tired of being stressed. I'm so tired of it being one thing after another. I'm so tired.
I'll tell you guys one dang on thing. I got cut in my arm at practice the other day from a tuba. It turned into an infection and it HURTS. 7/10 on the pain scale, easy.
Everyone hug your pets a little tighter today. My bf had to put down one of his cats this afternoon. I didn't think I liked cats at all but he melted my heart pretty fast.
Yeah Myles Garrett deserved to be suspended for the rest of the season for this, but this was the most entertaining part of last night’s game.
My thoughts exactly. That was one hell of a fight. Naturally, the Browns won a game, but they still had to somehow mess it all up... Also, the play by play commenting was funny. "Oh god" summed up that situation pretty well.
Congratulations on getting the new job.
Very good chance we have. I've been a member since like 2012 or so. Used to be active in the chatroom when it existed.
If you're gonna be vague on details when making plans (where we're going, what we're doing), then I'm going to be vague on whether or not I can go.
I really hate it when people do that. At least give me definitive dates and places. Going to the hay rides Friday night okay great. Let's go to a Hay ride. Uh ok?
Exactly. Especially since I'm a homebody by nature, so it's like don't make it easier for me to just stay home.
Bingo Bango. For me lack of a plan causes me anxiety, but more so if we're already engaged in the act of doing something. For instance, "let's go into town and do something". Let's not and say we did.
Just got a iPhone XR.
