    We're 95% sure a small tornado just went through the Provincial Park I work at last Thursday night. Ripped a ton of trees down, roots and all, a few campers got destroyed, but no buildings.

    Also one of my coworkers is thinking this might be his last season... he's the coolest guy to work with too...I don't want him to leave...I hope he doesn't.

    So i'm still wondering if i'm the only one who CAN get a cold in the summer,
    even at around 30ยบ outside, haha (=,=) * sniffy emoji*
    thankfully not as much when i was a kid.
    Haven't meet or read of somebody similar to that fact yet.

    So what others reasons are there besides mine? write it on my wall.

    Eh, sorry everyone, I love the heat. I love the dry heat under 100 degrees, let's put it that way. I would not enjoy living in a hot steamy area like Florida nor could I live in Vegas where the temperatures regularly approach or surpass 110. But otherwise, the heat puts me in a good mood. I am a truly a Nevada native, then. We have the desert in our blood.

    I wish I could say the same, but headaches, sweating, and heat hives are the least of my worries! Humidity would make this 100+ F weather the worst... ah, well, at least there really aren't any natural disasters to contend with, and the neighborhood dogs are too tired to do much barking.

    I love heat when it's less than 10% humidity. The air is so crisp it's almost refreshing.
