    My aunt was giving birth. Some of the family went to be there for her and all that shit.

    I almost forgot to mention the second part of my story: I almost had a second cup of nothing but espresso. I was sitting there just starting to drink that one before I started to realize what I'd done the first time. So it was bad enough having accidentally drank one cup of pure espresso: I ALMOST DRANK TWO. I think the first one is finally wearing off; a second one and I wouldn't sleep for another two days.

    Or, you know, my fucking heart would just give out. One of the two would be an inevitability if I had.

    Going to strangle the fuck out of my family if they don't start cleaning the water cooler. It's not ducking hard to take ten minutes to scrub it with a little bleach and rinse it out--but god forbid I remind them to, and then they throw it in me. :bang:

    Ha, no offense taken. :thumbsup: To be honest, it was more like a "I had to get up at 6 am and was dragging ass" moment. Turns out brains don't work too well when you drag them out of bed at the buttcrack of dawn.

    Yeah, and it was considered a "high-risk" birth because she already had problems in the past. She miscarried one and the last one was born three and a half months premature. And she ended up having complications with this one, too, so she had to have it delivered three weeks early by C-section.

    So we went up there for support and all that. And had to get up at 6 am to do it because the procedure was at ten-ish. Which is how your resident black-and-yellow bastard unwittingly ended up drinking a full cup (and almost two) of solid espresso. :grin:

    And now, almost eleven hours later, I am starting to crash. Hard. So it looks like story time's over for now. :sleep:

    Brains do NOT work that early. Whenever I have to be at work at like 5:30/6:30 I make countless amounts of mistakes and say stupid things.
