What are you thinking?

Apparently I come off as arrogant to those close to me, as well as to acquaintances. What am I doing wrong?

 

When will be the next magnetic pole reversal?

 

I keep telling myself that if I just get through the day, I'll be okay. But I'm tired of having to tell myself that. I just want everything to be okay, all the time, 24/7.

 

I want to go to the hospital but my mom wants me to go to the doctor first.

 

I have no idea what I'm doing in Spanish class

 

I have three options:

• Do my homework
• Create my presentation for next week
• Do nothing and watch a movie instead

Strangely I think it's going to be .... the last one?
I kinda hope I would do the first point, but being realistic... I'm going to watch a movie tonight :lol:

 

Do you know what I've just realised? 2016 is almost over. This hellhole of a year is reaching its end. Right now we've got less than a month to wait until we can all get the hell out of here.

Just got to hold on for a little bit longer...

 

I've also been called arrogant in the past by my brother, I think that in our case it partly has to do with the feeling of disconnect caused by dysphoria. The disconnect is making theymfeel distant from us and that distance in turn comes off as arrogance.

 

The anime was so close to being good, it was good, but that last episode man... It really screwed it up. Damn you dues ex machina.

 

It's windy as hell today, Hopefully this means that nobody shows up to my work today so I can be lazy. :lol:

 

Weekend, yessss....

One 20-page paper, two 10-page papers, two 5-page papers, two presentations and two final exams to do in the next 7 days.

Kill me.... :bang:

 

That moment when you slip up and reveal how little general knowledge you have, so you start stating obscure facts to try and prove you're not a complete idiot. :eusa_doh:

 

Sooooo happy it's Friday

 

9 more work days till my 3 week break, then I go to my parent's to baby sit their pets while they go on vacation. Can't wait!

 

I have to tell a secret. Ever since Trump won the election I started drinking again. Because really what the fuck does it matter anyway. Clearly humanity has given up on its self so might as well go out with a good buzz.

Humanity has accomplished quite a bit. We have put a man on the moon, harnessed the power of the atom, peered back to the moment of the big bang, developed the ability to put the knowledge of all man kind at our finger tips. What have we decided to do. Put a demagogue who puts hatred and ignorance before all else. All in the promised of momentary prosperity. It is just not the United States, but the UK, and it looks like the rest of the Europe.

I had hoped that humanity would make it to master fusion, but alas that is not to be. And from the the ability to travel to the stars. We deny the science that tells us that that fossil fuels are killing humanity. All in the promise of more money. That which is fleeting and that time cares nothing about.

My closing thought is this. The dinosaurs where the first rulers of this planet. Humans the second. May evolution do better next time.

Time is like the honey badger, it doesn't care.

 

Give the saurians more credit! They may not have had our technical aptitude, but they did reign for over a hundred million years. And it took two extinction level events to take them out for good.
