    if only describing it is that simple, I think what you're describing is (at least it's how I interpret it):
    N=5
    $\frac{1}{5^2}+$\frac{2}{5^2}+$\frac{3}{5^2}+$\frac{4}{5^2}+$\frac{5}{5^2}

    I think what I'm aiming for is:

    A function that takes as input a given N and calculates the sum of a quadratic series of N terms after squaring the terms described by 1 to N divided by N.

    The quadratic series is actually: 1^2 + 2^2 + 3^2 + 4^2.. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: So it's in fact correct. You take the sum of the quadratic series from 1 to N (that is, 1^2 + 2^2 + ... + N^2), then divide the whole thing by N squared (N^2). It's exactly what you're after. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: If you say "calculates the sum of a quadratic series of N terms after squaring..." it seems like an overkill (and you're squaring twice).

    I think my description suffices, I cannot interpret it any other way than how I did it. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    Also, a side note, as N !=0 by construction we can in fact rewrite the thing as:

    $\text{output}_N = \frac{1}{N} \frac{(N+1)(2N+1)}{6}$

    (That's just for computation purposes, done for those who like this :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: )

    Im thinking this whole forum never lets me say anything which is sad because that means people here cant really speak their minds or be honest. Support forum my ass this place is a hugbox for 13 year olds :|

    You are completely free to speak your mind. It's just that people argue back. Which is bound to happen on the internet and to be honest in a lot of situations in real life.
    Calling people oversensitive 13 year olds when they oppose you shows more that you are the one that can't take any criticism.
    Freedom of speech is freedom of speech even for those who disagree with you.
