    Just stop communicating and reaching out to him. He sounds like someone you shouldn't hang around with and it sounds like even you don't want anything to do with him. Yes, cutting people out of your life is difficult but it is worth it in the long run. For what it's worth, Jackson sounds like Pedro (someone I used to hang out with,) in that he probably gets high constantly. If Jackson wants to ruin his life, let him. It's not up to you to look out for people; people will create their own path and if it leads to self-destruction, let it lead to self-destruction, they need that if they ever want to change.

    You're right. Even his friends were trying to help him and he didn't let them. I mean, it's not really difficult to cut him out of my life. I mean he's probably going through a rebellious phase which should end hopefully by the end of the school year. If not, then who knows? But even though I'm letting go of him, I still believe in him. I believe that he can get out of this downward spiral.

    Just scheduled a post on my horror blog to let my followers know I'll be leaking a scene from the rough draft of my script today, and that one of the bit characters was written specifically with one of them in mind for being one of my biggest supports and just a great person.

    Alrighty then, I just noticed the person I had in mind to play Taryn (or I used her as a mental reference) and the person I have for Kyle had a weird kind of a thing happen in high school. It's been well over six years since, but I don't know if there's any bad blood or awkwardness between them. So yeah, if this ever happens and the casting team likes them then we'll see...but still.
