What are you thinking?

I try so hard to not address the elephant in the room when I call my grandma... I know she doesn't want me treating her any differently even though she's dying... yet... I can't help but feel sad after talking with her....

 

I got my haircut! I feel so pretty

 

Ugh I've been up since 4:30am

 

Yay we will have a history test tomorrow!

 

I thought I was over the what-is-your-sexuality questions, but apparently not. Coming from within, again. Do I really need to go over this again?

 

I had sleep paralysis and I saw (hallucinated) my blanket trying to fly away

 

I experienced sleep paralysis, too. I think for me, it was more mental than physical paralysis. I woke up and saw a dark figure standing over me, and smiling in a malicious way. Then the figure disintegrated into the dark. My heart was on overdrive after that.

 

Just got called in for my third interview! This means that I have the job, but they want to make sure the facility that yhey are putting me at is a good fit for me.

 

After surviving years of cuts and closures, my local Kmart finally bit the dust. Now I won't have a non-evil retailer left to go to!

 

So I'm taking a music and art class that started last week and I had 65 assignments but i did a lot of work last week so now I only have 23 assignments and I'm gonna try and finish this week.

 

That sounds terrifying! Especially considering anxiety can intensify the experience. I hope you never have to endure the damn thing again

I watched (YouTube) videos about people sharing their sleep paralysis stories. Dark figures are commonly reported. Sometimes I can relax during SP because I've studied it. But other times I forget everything and freak out

If I could be bothered, then I'd create a new thread about SP lol. I can self-induce sleep paralysis in around 10 minutes. I never feel anxious when it happens that way. It's a contender for the world's most useless skill

 

I'd never experienced anything like that before. I honestly thought it was a real apparition. It truly felt real. But, I was diagnosed with a sleep disorder and I was told that it was common. Was it scary for you with the blanket ordeal? It kinda sounds almost humorous... :lol:

I actually can hear distant conversations as I'm trying to fall asleep. The words don't always make sense. It's crazy. My doctor said it's called Parasomnia. Do you experience that? :0

That I really need some intimacy. Sometimes I kiss my pillow or hand when I'm feeling really alone.

 

She's been talking with me again, and hopefully forgiven my indiscretion. It's less a question of whether things are over between them anymore, than how long it'll take her to move on. She mentioned recently meeting a new guy, mentioning he could be a good friend if not something more. Am at the stage of wondering if I should just lay all my cards on the table, remind her in some non-pressuring way that I like her and have for these many, many months.

 

Single once again...I'm done with everything. Life, relationships, everything

 

Hopefully my mom will go easy on herself after her health scare. I'm about 99.999% sure that episode was caused by the stress of having to wait on her mother hand and foot.

The filmmaker I reached out to asking what he'd say to an aspiring filmmaker who'd love to work on something with him and his company--especially if he's one of the main characters. He liked the post I shared on his wall, and now I'm just waiting to see what he says. If he legit loves the idea, I'm going to cry because this has been something I've been wanting to do for a long time, and this script in particular is basically my baby and I'd hate to kill it.
