    Thanks, man. I'm just barely staying awake, and if I was able to (let alone having the money), I'd go to Starbucks and get a coffee as a pick me up--even if it means I'll cry for half an hour about feeling like I'm ruining my body's temple that I'm trying to repair.

    My mom's been trying to get me to move back to Florida for months. ...no, not happening.

    "But Florida's your home! You grew up there!" Doesn't feel like it. I'm not even close to any of the Florida friends I grew up with. It's homophobic/transphobic as fuck even in the liberal parts. Whole damn state feels like a tourist trap. And I can do hot and I can do humid but I sure as hell ain't gonna do both of them at the same time.

    Oregon. Okay, I was actually born here, first off. Weather's reasonable. We have trees, air I can breathe, streets I can actually walk around at somewhat late hours without worrying whether or not I'll make it home alive, and you can usually jump in a creek without getting eaten by a gator.

    Plus, like, I have friends and a community and stuff. So no. Florida isn't my home, even if I went to elementary school in Orlando. This is.

    Not sure how I'm going to survive the next few days on a diet of cereal, pizza, and walnuts with our place being fixed up. I feel queasy and gross from eating a grease saturated slice of pizza just 20 minutes ago.

    So I went to see Jason Bourne and it was okay and in the middle of the movie I just remembered I never shut off the crock pot and I was really worried of a fire starting or it burning so I left in the middle of the movie and drive as fast as I could home and I was so scared but thankfully everything was okay but let me tell you I was still so high on adrenalin.

    The first week or two back to college always wears on me financially, but I still like being there. It's ok if I'm barely getting by temporarily.

    I can tell my speech class will have too much homework, but my art class seems chill. I get to check out my Statistics class tomorrow in the morning, and work at night. As much as I dislike math, I'd rather be in that class than at work...
