I'm feeling strangely positive today, and I don't normally wake up like this so something's off. Or is going to be.

I was uber withdrawn and shit too. Like, super boring. And now, I dunno what it is but I'm sort of turning into something of an extrovert, which I never thought would happen. Calmer too. I'd really love for someone to do an actual study on trans people after hormones and take a look at their mood and how it interacts with mental disorders cause anecdotedly, everyone I know on HRT's kind of been saying the same thing "well I was angry and miserable and sad all the time and now I feel normal"

And I will say that i legit almost happy-cried (the fuck? I thought T was supposed to make you less emotional and shit) because I realized I could actually do no-shave November this year.

Damn, there are a lot of dumbasses at this tournament. Russia's fans gerring in trouble for fighting England's fans repeatedly (and the other way around), and now the Croatian fans are throwing pyro around and fighting each other. [IMG]

Because, you know, when the French authorities already have to deal with ISIS threatening to terrorize the tournament, these idiots really need to go and make their job harder.

    Dumbasses.

I'm not on T yet, though hopefully that is in my future soon
But since accepting myself as trans I've noticed a few changes in myself. And it took public speaking class to show me that xD
Like when I took this class 4 years ago (and failed) I had such high anxiety level at the thought of even speaking out in class to answer a question. I was just really reserved, quite, and shy. I only managed to make a friend because we have anime in common.
Now its a totally different experience. I'm more willing to talk, I can have less nerves given a speech. In fact I've made an A on all my speeches so far were as last time I failed them all. I've made a few friends in all my classes. I even volunteer to read out loud in literature class, and that was something I never did in the past.

Once I realized why I felt the way I did, and recognized that what I was feeling was anxiety and depression and dysphoria then knew how to handle it. And somehow it has given me more confidence to be a bit more open socially. So even if I'm not out to my classes mate I still feel more comfortable interacting with them than I would have before accepting myself as trans.

Hopefully that makes sense and I don't sound like a crazy person

On a side note, am.listening to some LGBT songs and dysphoria ran my ass over out of no where during two songs.

So I grew up with this guy and his brother since our moms were best friends. It feels kinda weird since we were basically "cousins" and shit but I had a thing for him. He called me stud so...I dunno if that's just his way of saying "bro, you make a pretty good looking guy" or "damn, as it turns out, I'm bi/gay and you're hot" but augh I need a cold shower.

This shift really needs to end. It's been crazy today, and I really just would like to go home at this point.

I thought I'd got a D (fail grade) in my business studies, but turns out the D stood for distinction! I certainly didn't see that one coming!

So a coworker invited me to a birthday gathering she's having at a local Dave & Buster's tomorrow evening, bunch of other coworkers and various people she knows'll be attending too. Thinking of going, but still kind of uncertain how this happened in the first place....

Lots of people experiment with their cousins. My family is a good example.

Also, what do cold showers really do? I've always wondered .

Cold showers are supposed to calm you down and I guess that also relates to that whole "shrinkage" concept, but I was just reading about them and this one article says they have the opposite effect of making you more aroused because the cold water stimulates your nerves. But cold showers do slow blood flow so there's that.

Mostly today I'm thinking three things. One is I'm happy to have found an active MB to talk about these things with people. Two is I made some really great coffee this morning for me and my someone. And three is we're going to eat sushi today to celebrate the first day of my 2-week vacation!

Well, if he's not really my cousin, that makes it cool, right?

Never going to legitimately take a shower that's not, bare minimum, luke warm. I don't hate myself that much to torture myself with ice water.

Yeah, but you can't use the showerhead for...um, a back massage because then you get all shocked from the cold. :frowning2:

Building up a nice buzz on a Friday night. Time to crack open one of my ten million short stories I'm working on and see if I can get something done on them. [IMG] Be a shame to waste this buzz on nothing.
