    Woah. That does sound weird. Especially the bit about them seeming two dimensional.

    I've had SP for ages. I've tried plenty things to get rid of it. However, I've managed to reduce how much it happens and now I get more weird episodes than terrifying episodes. I've read about demonology, created a lot of positive associations with it, and this seems to be the most effective approach. Some so-called professionals don't really help. I don't think I even knew there was a scientific explanation for SP until I was like 14.

    I once saw a guy run through ASDA in one of those full body blue suits. Other than a few confused looks, everyone just continued shopping lol
