I now hate the simple past verbe tense in Spanish -_-

I mean, there's just SO MUCH exceptions everywhere, I can't keep up! Plus, I've been using it for years already but I still don't remember all the exceptions. You know, Spanish, you should have done like French and just turned simple past into a literary verb tense. That way, it would be way less important and you could use the past participle instead :|

(Still love you Spanish, k? xP )

As you're out for longer and longer and you make new friends, it gets even nicer. Most of my friends now don't even know my birth name. And I don't plan on saying anything anytime soon.

Freaking fucking frack. Boyfriend doesn't take my job seriously. Sure, I freelance. But I make enough money to more than support myself... And he's underemployed! Where does he get off?

I never get to hear my new name because the only friends I talk to are the ones I met online years ago so they all call me Quiet(its basically a nickname at this point). It made me feel happy to actually hear it!

Went to McDonald's at the drive thru and got called "ma'am" right off the bat and then the lady quickly apologizes at the end for calling me "ma'am." I think she was having so many orders at once that she got flustered.

Also, a term in economics where a person's job is inconsistent with skills and abilities (i.e. below the scope of work they are capable of).

i wish either parent would talk to me instead of avoiding or ignoring me. it isnt that i dont want help, it is that i wont reach out to them because i dont want to scare or annoy them. i want to talk but they dont care. maybe i should just leave tomorrow and give them peace.

That fits him too! He's working an inventory job (I actually worked for the same company well over a year ago), not up for looking for anything else. Ugh... He's capable of a lot more but it took him over a year to get off his ass and even start looking for work. Frankly I'm tired of waiting. I don't care what job he has. As long as he's working full time and supporting himself, you know?

I'm not even mad. I agree... This is why you don't get in a relationship with someone for the sake of being in a relationship, kids.

I dunno. Being single sounds awfully nice right now but maybe that's just because we're fighting over text again.

It shouldn't have any impact on your reference checks. If it does, there is a problem. There can be 100 reasons why she decided to unfriend you. If I were you, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

That said, and generally speaking, it is never a good idea to add your supervisor on facebook, because it really blurs the lines between the 'personal' and the 'professional.' When it comes to work, you want to try to keep it as professional as you can. It is one thing if you add co-workers with whom you have a regular interaction and have gotten to know, it is another to add your supervisor.

It would be nice if my Internet would actually come back on... on well, at least I have the games on my computer to entertain me in the meantime. I also have my phone so that's nice.

Shopping IKEA online is addictive. The more I browse, the more I find things I could use or replace.

There's an IKEA about 1.5 hours away and I can't wait to go when I'm in the neighborhood. My goal is probably to have everything IKEA one day and slowly replace with Amish-made, solid hardwood furniture that will stand the test of time.
