    Had the same thing with my legs after an elliptical routine. It should go away once you're used to it. Hell, I popped an ibuprofen.

    My aunt says she's going to speak up and make my other aunt and my mother see the light on my grandmother's condition. She's getting more stubborn, more frustrated, her mental state is deteriorating fast. Yesterday she refused to wait for my aunt to assist her in getting up from the table and she took a hard fall. I had to call 911 because my aunt wouldn't stop sobbing long enough to pick her up (though she eventually got her in the chair before the paramedics got there) and I don't know how to get an elderly person off the floor.

    She needs to go to a nursing home, or some other arrangement with 24-hour care. But nobody in the family wants to accept that fact.

    Jesus Christ this lady was having a shit fit at the dog park. Her dog was getting humped by a golden retriever and the lady yells at the retriever to get off of her and she goes to the retrievers owner and starts yelling at him and he says "what are you gonna do about it?" And she's like "I'm going to report you!" And as I was leaving I saw the park ranger pull up and I'm thinking you know your dog just sat there and took it as the retriever was humping her so your dog either doesn't have guts to stand up for herself or she liked it.

    What kind of idiot designs a TV and puts the AV cord jacks on the front? Because I contrived to break the plugs from my XBox cords off IN THE TV. Now I'm out one set of AV cords and one TV. [​IMG]

    (At least we had a spare TV.)

    It does take a few days to get used to it. Just don't do what I did and blow yourself up by doing too much. When I started working out I did 50 benchpresses and 50 bicep curls on the first day, and then spent the next week feeling like I got hit by a truck. Why I thought that was a good idea, I'll never know. In retrospect, it was stupid as hell.
