    I'm 21. Don't have a license, a long way from owning a car, and living in a town where there's no public transit on weekends. To be honest, that's a huge part of why I got into freelancing. Which of course isn't something everyone can or wants to do. Better public transit is key. I mean, I don't even see why there are any major downsides. Not only do you help decongest roads (more people riding buses, subways, etc) but you empower the disabled, the young, the poor, and anyone else who can't or won't drive by allowing them the agency to leave their home whenever they need to. And with more people being able to leave their house and get out, you're probably going to see more upswings with the local economy since, naturally, people will be buying more from local businesses. For example, they'll be picking stuff up on errands and grabbing lunch.

    I'm thinking about how I wish I was rich and attractive and had my own youtube cooking channel catered to teens who love everything kawaii, but alas, life is not fair. Also I wish I was an Aromantic Asexual. ^-^ Life would be so much easier.

    Talked to the LGBT+ center worker. She always helps me. This time was the first time I've ever teared up talking to someone about my life/future. I need to see a therapist one day.

    Horray, I burned myself with my hobby iron for the first time. My dumb ass thought I could refasten the tip (which was coming loose) with something on my station, but nope. Bad idea. Oh, and they can get up to 900F/482C. Yay...

    God a lot of crazy shit happened today!

    There was a huge car accident in my neighborhood!
    There was a bomb threat at my old school.
    And my moms friends brother died and now she only has her sister left because her other 2 brothers and 2 sisters died from heart attacks and her 90 year old mother is still alive and has Alzheimer's and has not outlived 4 of her 6 children!

    Not fast food. I ate out with my mom at boll weevle (spelled right?) and I got fired shrimp with fries and salad. I'm not dieting, I just don't want the fat to go to the places I don't want them too.

    I took a bit of a break from the gym because my right leg is so goddamn sore. I went running today and only did two miles and I had to keep stopping because it literally feels like my leg is going to fall off at my pelvis. If I don't run though..my leg feels weird and hurts in another way, specifically my knee. A few years ago I fell hard and basically had road rash so badly that my right kneecap was gone. It feels like bubbles are under it if I don't run and that's almost as painful. Damned if I do, damned if I don't..

    People are crazy. Some internet dude talking about gays being a result of white supremacists attempt to control the black population. Then he says some shit about black people having untapped psychic powers that white people are jealous of. The internet have some of the most hilarious people to exist.

    That's because white men are considered effeminate and weak, at least by many black men, as well as the LGBT movement being largely western in origin (I'm sure indigenous practices in African colonies were violently suppressed, like in the Americas).

    I think being exclusionary of people of color plays into it, too. If you have a culture that stresses masculinity, religion, family, you're going to have less people out. Combine those factors, and it seems to make sense.

    What you posted reminds me of something I saw online: some guy was saying, "White people want to prevent us from growing our afros, since it makes us closer to Ja"... really wanted them to be trolling, but couldn't be sure.
