I feel so lethargic.

 

There's a media fuss being kicked up about the fact that some Shi'ite students in Victoria were given permission not to sing the national anthem because it's the mourning of Muharram.

I haven't sung the national anthem for two years. As a school, we haven't done it for a decade or two. But I guess it's easier to gang up on the Muslim kids.

 

And, perhaps, that she's Shi'ite.

A college friend who served in the Middle East/Central Asia said that the soldiers would sometimes simplify sectarian violence and who was more likely to be a terrorist by saying that: the Sunnis get the Shiite blown out of them (i.e. Shi'tes were more likely to be terrorists).

 

I discussed politics with two strippers tonight.

That wasn't on my bucket list, but you know what? Fuck it, it is now! LOL.

I am absolutely exhausted. Also I'm feeling a bit worried about a situation at school but it isn't too big a thing, just hope it gets sorted out soon.

Going to try to finish my essay in the next hour or so and then take a nap. A long, long nap.

This friend thinks I'm being an asshole. a pure, soft, vibrant, flawless, freshly polished, devilishly good looking, asshole of superior quality and refined taste, I'm sure, yet an asshole nonetheless. It's possible that he might not be entirely wrong.. although, he's somewhat of a dick himself, so maybe he's not such a bad fit in the end

I'm carpooling to work with my mom and sister. I'm so exhausted, but thank God it's Thursday. I've been falling asleep at work the past few days because I literally have nothing to do. They took the wifi access point out of our office; and only our office out of all the offices in the building. >.> I've called their technician and he keeps telling me he's going to put it back, but he never does. I guess he's trying to see if I'll get tired of calling.

 

Hoping I can keep my mind on track.

 

Getting my first HIV test. Going to make sure to get these frequently enough to be healthy.

I've been feeling quite exhausted lately.

 

I feel like I'm already under a pile of bricks and I just keep getting hit by more and more bricks.
