    So I'm in the supermarket earlier today, looking at toilet paper. And to the left I hear this smashing noise. I turn and see an old man (not sure if it was him who dropped it) and on the floor: some broken glass, spilled vinegar and a few loose gherkins. And what do I say?...

    "Looks like a bit of a pickle!"

    He didn't laugh, and I don't think there was anyone else in earshot to hear it.

    Hate it when a good line goes to waste.

    We just put my mother into hospice. She'll recover from this infection, but after that it has become clear to use that we cannot address her needs alone at home. She is staying in the hospice ward in the hospital for a few days, and then they are hoping to get her home, with hospice help.

    It sucks, but all of us including her know that this is the best thing for her right now.

    Hospice is good. My grandma was on it for over a year (she was a fighter :slight_smile: ). That said, find out all the programs that hospice offers and use them.
