You ought to learn more words than "fuck" and "cunt" and certainly shouldn't say them while working and representing your company. Also, your voices do not need to contend in volume with your cement mixer and moving trucks when they're not turned on.

With the pace at which I am currently writing this essay, I should be working on it all night.

I've come to the point where I'm sick of seeing LGBT stuff headlined on everything in the news.

Not because I'm sick of seeing LGBT people onscreen and our rights being fought for, but rather that I'm sick of seeing the progress go even further backward, even though we've made quite a bit last year. I'm sick of example after example of people wanting to strip us of our rights as humans, and then to hear from those same people that THEY are the ones being oppressed. I'm sick of LGBT people being killed for them not fitting into the right "box" and then even when they don't get killed, they get called a "special snowflake" even though every human being is as relatively different to each other as snowflakes are.

I know it's going to get worse in the coming days, especially leading and following March. But I've come to the point where I'm sick of it seeing it all headlined. We get it, yes. People hate us. We know. Everyone knows. I get daily reminders of it anyway, regardless who headlines it. It pains me to think of the lives it will cost in the future in order for LGBT people to be treated as humans, and to be respected. I want to ask if we've done enough for our rights as human beings to be treated with respect and decency, but obviously this isn't the case.

 

Knock those pins, I did, my dear! I don't mean to brag, but I'm basically a professional bowler... haha, kidding! Although they told me I was pretty good.

All in all, I had a good time.

 

I don't think I can face another 4.30am start. Soooo tired.

I got two seasons of Avatar:The Last Airbender today, which where on sale and I got the pointless book by Alfie Deyes. It's really cool.

 

Just got back to my room. Went and saw BMG over at the Monte Carlo. Had a great time in the poncho section...

 

Seven in a row and I have one more to do. Even after 9 years, I still find the 04.30 start punishing. Having said all of that, I still prefer it to my old desk job.
