I'm a tad nervous for this evening. Ohh, the pressures of making a good first impression. I didn't do my eyebrows. I don't wear make up... do I straighten my hair?? What do I dooooo?

 

I can't stand it, my hair is thinning its driving me crazy...i hate this, why am I like this..my uncle just says its because your a man...that just frustrates me even more, i can't tell him about how i feel about it, cause im not a man im just not, and telling him and others about it they will just think im crazy, they just don't get it, its not my fault i was born this way...i just wish it was different.

 

I'm thinking about the word nopple after seeing it further down in this forum.

Nopples! !

 

I'm thinking about nipple (haha nopple) piercings and whether or not I should get one. Or maybe both nopplesnipples. Really starting to like the idea though

 

This reminds me of a cartoon/range of cuddly toys that were around when I was little called 'Popples'. They had pouches on their backs which could turn inside-out to turn them into furry balls.

So maybe Nopples could become a term for inverted nipples...

 

fuck being sober I don't care anymore being fucked up is my escape..i love the euphoria it brings I love the numbness even though I've been relatively sober for 2 weeks im going to relapse...my sister has been so supportive and I don't want her to think im doing it to betray her im doing it cause im sick of feeling this way..i always try to use humour as a coping tool and never take things serious but in reality I'm losing my mind I do not see joy like I see so many others see im not happy and at least airduster takes it away for a little while.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks Guinea Pigs resemble eggplants. :lol:

 

Guinea pigs taste nicer though.

 

I find it hard to concentrate when I actually have to.

 

For the love of whatever you believe in, don't do it. Whatever euphoria it may bring you now, it's only gonna be momentary and once it's gone reality is just gonna kick back in harder and heightened, making you feel even more miserable than before (thus giving you more reasons to get doped).

Don't you see there's no positive outcome out of this? It's a downward spiral, a cycle that repeats itself over and over again but leaving less and less of you every time and for what? Trying to outrun reality? That's a race you are never gonna win, a road that only leads to a chasm that grows ever deeper making it harder for you to climb back up every time (until it's so deep you can't even see the light). It's not worth it. For all the subsequent pain, shame, guilt, and misery that it brings, a fleeting moment of artificial joy is not worth it.

Breaking away is hard work, I know. It's an excruciatingly long process, I know. Finding things to fill in the void your addiction left can be soul-sucking and downright exhausting, I know. But, in spite all of this, it is worth it. It may not seem that way at the beginning of the road, a road so long you can't even see the finish line from the starting point. And yet, on this road there is a finish line. There's a reward for all the hard work, the exhaustion, the soul-sucking search for meaning. At the end of it you will find the strength to face reality, to look at the despair that drove you to your addiction dead in the eye and say "FUCK YOU." You won't need to rely on anything to keep you whole, you will be your own source of joy. I would say that's something worth striving for. Worth fighting for even. Don't you think the same?

Also in addition to my previous post, it occurs to me that if a pair of inverted nipples were called Nopples, a single one could be... a Monopoly.

And if that single monopple is the only monopple on the person's chest, and is centered toward the middle, it is a UNI-nopple!

Me: Ma'am. I'm a woman.
Telemarketer: ... I'm afraid I can't say that, sir.
Me: Why?
Telemarketer: You don't sound like a woman.
Me: And you don't sound like somebody I want to continue talking to.
