Just saw an old pic of my family.

This is the first time today that I've had the chance to sit down and relax a bit. 2 classes left in high school and I have 2.5 pages left to type and sources to find.

 

My hair is now almost to my chin...I can have a teeny tiny pony tail! I'm so happy!!

I may have just bought the Stanley Parable. I swear to gawd if somebody spoils it for me I'm gonna lose my stuff.

I also had one of the greatest conversations with my good friend Chelsea and my less-than-good friend Brendan...
C: I'm so mad, I'm gonna snap at someone and kill them.

Me: You say lesbian like it's a bad thing.
B: You're bi. You don't count.

Needless to say he was defeated after that.

Decisions, decisions. Got like 4 hours until it starts.

 

Donating blood. I'm flipping out just thinking about the needles but I figure I'm planning on signing up to a life plan that requires the require shooting up of testosterone- I need to basically strap up and get over it.

But still. Augh.

Needles are horrifying and awful and thank you long wait at the Red Cross station for reminding me how awful the wait is to be pricked in the arm.

But it's for a good cause. So yeah....

People place so much emphasis on verbal communication and I find that it just sets you up for failure. I've said things I don't mean. (Both from saying something stupid, and something that may not have been clear enough to exclude misinterpretation.) And anything you say becomes absolute. You can never take back words. I suppose this also applies online, where I am also as vague in text...

Who cares what I said. That's not what I think anymore. Blah.

In other news, I don't understand why anything relating to insurance is under my former name, although I legally changed it almost.. a year ago now? I did some research yesterday about whether or not insurance covers top surgery and which surgeons take such, etc, etc, had to get that information from my mother and even my new card is in my former name as well. Should probably do something about that...
