    Good thing I made it to class, too, since our teacher announced our first test is this Thursday, as well as a practice assignment, and our homework for tonight has been postponed until tomorrow night.

    I like the flexibility and lack of rigid schedules with him, but things like this can really catch you off guard. The entire building was closed down yesterday due to some threat, else I would have just asked then.

    I can't believe this is over two years old! So, I got the idea for the series I've spoken about on here before about three years ago. I was clearing out my files earlier and remembered that around two years ago, I wrote the prologue and the first few pages of the first book just to see how my writing style would flow.

    Usually, I read old essays and cringe at how terrible I was in comparison to much I've improved, but I was pleasantly surprised with this draft. It would be pathetic in comparison to how I would write the scene now, because I've seen a fair share of improvement in these past couple years; however, there is actually tone and personality in this. I think I'm even going to recycle the opening line word for word when I start drafting. I should have written more. lol
