Finally, some suitably extreme weather. I'd prefer snow, but this will have to do. Hail + 4 second delay between lightning and thunder. Cat hiding under my chair, poor thing. Scratches me whenever I try to comfort her.

FUCKIN YAAAAAAAAAS!! Last minute goal, 2-2!!! Feels like a victory!

 

I just went to a small local restaurant ... easily one of the best restaurants I've been to. First off, it's a very nice classy place. Good atmosphere. Second, the food is amazing, not to mention it is all made from scratch, including bread and pastries. Third, service is incredible. I mentioned that I love garlic to my dad, and in a few minutes the waitress brought me some freshly minced garlic "just in case I wanted any". The best part, it's more expensive than a normal restaurant, but not by much. A normal lunch that size would cost about $10, though definitely would have been lower quality, and my lunch cost $15.

 

My mother is still begging me to have biological child, aside from the ones I plan to adopt, so that then she can "actually love them". She doesn't think she can love a child that doesn't have a part of her in them.



Despite the fact that I've only ever had a desire to have adopted children, is there really any question as to why I wouldn't want to carry on this bloodline? I should have never agreed to having this breakfast with her.

I can feel the cold through the three jumpers I have on. Probably because the living room door is wide open, but I can't be bothered to get up and close it.

And Alfie has just started whimpering in his sleep. So cute.

Fuck, I feel sick. My parents decided to ask me whether I'd ever self harmed half way through a conversation on privacy (they were talking about a period about five years ago, nothing recent).

I told them I hadn't. Which is a lie, but I know better than to tell them the truth. They're weird about that sort of thing, even though I haven't done it in ages, they'd see me completely differently. And I just feel seriously sick right now. Urg.

 

9 points clear of 3rd and 7th win in a row, the prem is looking more likely for us now. Pressure on QPR and Burnley now. Football is all I think about at the minute.

Now for a fat night of eating Pizza and Ben & Jerries. Cant get fat anyway.

 

Yeah, my parents found out through something I'd written on my phone (can't even remember what it was, because I can't think of anyone I would've admitted it to that they would've known). At first my mom was pretty sympathetic (and her usual view is that self harmers are freaks) but then, she'd say shit like "that proves you shouldn't be a man if you're that unstable."

Dad at least went at it from a "you shouldn't feel like you had to do that" point of view. I actually haven't self harmed since he died...so.

I'm not really sure what the point of this is except to say, yeah. Same, I guess. I would've taken it to the grave (on her part).

Wow. "Actually love them." Wow.

 

On a certain website, I am always afraid of making first contact with someone that I think looks nice. Wish I could feel more confident about myself but I am always afraid of getting hurt.
