    The same thing I buy myself every year (for the past seven or so):

    A bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label.

    I invite CERTAIN friends over on Xmas eve, open it up, share it accordingly, and watch all my favorite Xmas movies/Tv shows (mainly Married... With Children episodes). Have a few more on Xmas morning/day then hang on to the rest for special occasions for the next year.

    I also ordered a one-of-a-kind Roman glass pendant...

    I'm stocking up on a new wardrobe for the uni year. That and going to see a few small gigs, which I haven't had time for almost all year. I also bought some Kafka in the original German to read for pleasure.

    I'd have done all that even without Christmas, though. I just think seeing Christmas around the corner helps me loosen my wallet and let go of any zeroes at the end of my bank balance. :lol:

    I'm not giving myself anything. I have everything I need and all I want is to see my girlfriend's face when I give her her gifts. Our anniversary falls just under a week before Christmas so I also got her a little notebook that I copied down a poem I wrote for her last year for Valentine's Day along with a new one I wrote, and a piece of my favorite love poem (not written by me), and I taped a little dried rose petal from the first rose she ever gave me.

    I call them adult coloring books but that made it sound like a porno coloring book xD they're coloring books with tessellations, mandala, and Celtic designs in them. I really like coloring those kinds of things, as well as drawing them.
