    Its not the couple's fault and it isnt the park's fault. It is against Ohio law so i dont blame the park for trying to keep its rep.

    I dont know, its quite silly how much of america is homophobic.

    Well... it was cowardly, but Cedar Point was stuck in a no-win situation. If they let the gay couple in, there would have been a huge backlash from the conservative bigot contingent, which is unfortunately large and in-charge in northern Ohio. So they would likely have lost a whole lot of customers and gotten a lot of unfavorable publicity.

    Now... if this happened in a bigger, more liberal city, it would have been a no-brainer.

    I don't like what they did, but I can understand that they didn't feel that taking a stand for the right moral reasons was worth the potential fallout and loss of revenues if the bigots started a boycott.

    I still think it's sad. I love Cedar Point so it makes me sad they decided to do this, regardless of the law. I agree with qwr but still >_<
