How do people manage to express female at one time and male at another? In a practical sense.

its a feeling thing to me, one day i'll express more male, then the next day or week my mind will be feeling more female, and it just happens. this week its been very girl, the walk even changes when it happens. you just feel good either way is all

So it's normal that I might one day have absolutely zero interest in being feminine and feel quite masculine, and others it's the opposite?

It's perfectly normal indeed, some people feel like it every day, some don't.
I feel like being a woman pretty often the last days but as i'm writing this i feel fine as a man at this moment (listening blues music wich always makes me feel good  )

just liking to wear women's clothes by itself only tells you that you like to wear women's clothes. that's nice. but there are all kinds of people who like to wear women's clothes: straight women, lesbians, gay men, straight men, people on all points of the spectrum. Basically, I see wardrobe preference and gender and sexual orientation as three distinct issues. Just my thoughts.

I tend to agree. It's a little more than the clothes though. I want to be feminine and be able to pass. IF I CHOOSE. I would also say I don't want to be what is conventionally described aseffeminate.

I would say I am mainly male though.

I am deeply jealous of the shape of women's bodies, their hairstyles, their voices, and yes, especially their wardrobe.

I don't want to be female. I am OK with being male, but...not in the standard sense.

i can understand the jealousy, man have so little choice of clothings and women have much more.. if only it was a little bit more generally accepted for men to wear women's clothes..
It's actually a bit unfair, most people don't accept that a man wears women's clothings but the don't mind if women wear man's clothings..
i wish everyone was as understanding as the people here...

I'm not interested in women's clothes, but I LOVE to wear pink and have pink things. A lot of people see that as a female thing, and I don't feel female in any way. Pink shirts, pink underwear, pink socks, pink gloves, pink water bottle. And if it's got "hello kitty" on it, even better.

And then being in public is the next challenge.

some days i'll wear mens shirts, and girls jeans, other days i'll wear a womens top and womens slacks and a cute set of lingerie underneath. other days i'll wear just mens clothes. other days i'll wear almost all womens clothing.
depends on my mind set at the time. hence being pan-gender.

I guess it's up to me. No one can tell me who I am. Only I can see inside me. Hmm.
