I'm trying to type but I have tears in my eyes (too sentimental for my own good)

Made me cry - tears of anger, joy, and resentment for the kid's biological mother.

I know the A/C/E subway well. Runs along 8th Ave in Manhattan (and incidentally, the A train was damaged extensively by Hurricane Sandy in Brooklyn, but I digress....)

Tears of joy for Peter and Danny. They saved a child in the subway, for heaven's sake, and now have a child that they have raised - nothing in the world could make me happier.

Anger and resentment because who in their right mind could do that to a poor, helpless child? What if someone that hadn't been as caring wouldn't have come along? What would have happened to Kevin, to the life that he has lived, to the potential that he has? People like that just turn my stomach.

That was a heartwarming story. It's awesome to know that there's people like that out there who don't look at a person for their sexuality but instead of how good of a person they really are

Aww... I can't remember the last time a story has even brought a single tear to my eye. Great story.
