    I can't say that I'm surprised by this. I mean this a huge deal. I can't describe how happy or angry people will be if this doesn't go their way or my way.

    I'm very optimistic about these hearings, four liberal justices, four conservative justices, that leaves Anthony Kennedy as the swing vote and he has a history of siding with the LGBT community (Lawrence v. Texas, Romer v. Evans).
