I told my parents, that I'm seeing a psychiatrist and taking medication. They started talking about the fact that I don't trust them at all and not telling them stuff, so I just broke and told them about it and they were just glad it's all helping me. I didn't find the courage about telling I'm trans, just yet, but this makes it easier to continue going to psychiatrist and start seeing a psychologist too. I'm so glad they started talking about it and that I told them.
