I was thinking the same, but then I remebered that if you want t drink blood, you can do it infront of your class from your horribley bleeding leg.

I agree with OP, this ban is ... outdated. In America, grown men who've just as much as given/received a bj when exploring in their teenage years cannot give blood. At least that's what the center I use has in place as their policy.
