Welcome to America, where clocks—and apparently cocks—are explosives.

It's gonna be real interesting next 4th of July.

I just read this... This is such a horrific treatment to a transgender person, I don't even know what to say. There was no excuse at all to give her such a hard time, even making her miss her flight. The TSA weren't worried about any kinds of dangerous, they were just being bullies.

This kinda thing really pains me to hear about...especially the OTT treatment she received. Pieces of shit like those agents need to be thrown out the airport themselves; hell, out of a damn plane possibly.

It's absolutely ridiculous how far behind trans* folk are in regards to treatment and it makes me sick.

As much as I despise all republicans, it saddens me that the only person who cares about the right to privacy (Rand Paul), isn't doing well in polls.

    If this happened, that's ridiculous.

However, I'm very suspicious for one reason. The fact she was able to, so rapidly, keep people updated with her phone. That part about the security agents making sure she wasn't taking pictures and whatnot, at that point they'd have taken her phone... but they didn't... for all the attention they were giving her, they didn't notice a single time she tweeted?

Maybe something did happen, but was it as bad as she claims? I don't know. There's a few shaky parts to this story.

She could of just told them she's a man. I know misgendering is horribly annoying and dysphoria inducing but if she actually cared about getting to her flight on time it would of been that simple.

Yeah, I know. The sad part is that she shouldn't have to, and this was just cruel and unecessary in every way. Remember though, this was in Florida, and that's in the south. You'd think that Orlando would be a tiny bit ahead of the rest of those cavemen, though.
